@Squall, starcraft 2 is a trilogy, with the first game being about raynor and the terrans, the second being about kerigan and THE ZERG, and the 3rd about zeratul and the protoss. so she is still part zerg. so no, her hair will not change back else she would be entirely human and not partially zerg killing the second game.
I really hope her hair goes back to normal instead of the weird looking zerg/rastafarian shit.
Hey, if you got the collector’s edition of the game you can guess this ending from the artwork book. And a good ending it is indeed. Certainly isn’t going to stop me from thoroughly enjoying every hour I play this game!

i beat the game 6 times with exceptions only 3 missions on the left cuz i’m getting bored after completing 20 mission at 6 hours and i don’t use any cheats(cuz there wasn’t cheats at the next day after the launch of the game
) and now cuz of this site i use 20 cheats but at skirmish only 3-4 cheats in campaign 
so you see now who is lazy
3 missions till the end at 1-2 saves
